How do I request a custom piece?

Use the custom studio to put together a brief. Review it, then open an email addressed to Adorned by Ana. Your request is sent when you send that email. An inquiry is not an order or a payment.

Can I buy the pieces pictured here?

The images are illustrative design inspiration. They are not product listings or a guarantee of materials or availability. A ready-to-order collection will be added when the catalog is available.

How much does a custom piece cost?

Pricing depends on the design and materials. Share a preferred budget in your inquiry and request a complete quote, including any shipping and applicable taxes, before approving an order.

How do Cash App and Zelle payments work?

Once your design and total are confirmed, request the payment instructions for your order. A payment link or transfer alone does not confirm an order; payment receipt must be verified. Online payment links are not active yet.

Zelle does not offer purchase protection. Confirm the recipient and order details before paying. Read Zelle's guidance ↗

What about timing, shipping, and returns?

Ask for the production timeline, shipping options, and cancellation or return terms with your quote. Those details should be agreed before you place an order or make a payment.

The custom studio prepares a design brief in your browser. It does not send or store the form details on our server. If you choose to email your brief, your email service sends those details to Adorned by Ana so we can respond.

This website does not use advertising trackers or an account login. Cloudflare provides hosting and may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site.
